Job description

The Quality Technician will work within a team environment and help us maintain our commitment to producing top-notch products. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting tests on incoming raw materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Conduct and meticulously document inspections on finished goods.
• Managing material flow to maintain efficient production processes.
• Coordinating calibration requirements for testing equipment.
• Conducting internal audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Performing trial measures to refine quality processes.
• Drafting training materials to educate employees on quality control procedures.
• Conducting small group quality training sessions to ensure team members are well-versed in quality standards.

Certain states require pay information to be provided in job postings. The national pay range for this position is $24.65 to $34.51 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus.
