Job summary

Walbec Group is seeking a Quality Control Technician to serve as the quality eyes on our construction projects in Wisconsin. You will test materials such as concrete and asphalt, take measurements, and document results to ensure adherence to strict standards.

You will work outdoors at various project sites, learning technical skills from day one. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 50+ pounds are required; high school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours (construction schedules vary).
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Basic math skills (we'll teach you what you need!).
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required for the right person).
