Job summary

Walbec Group is seeking a Quality Control Technician to serve as the quality eyes on construction projects, testing concrete and asphalt, taking measurements, documenting results, and ensuring our road construction meets strict standards. You’ll work outdoors at various project sites throughout Upper Michigan, learning valuable technical skills from day one.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours due to construction schedules.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Basic math skills; training provided as needed.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required for the right person).

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with clean driving record
