Job summary

Walbec Group is hiring a Quality Control Technician to act as the quality eyes on our concrete and asphalt projects. You will test materials, measure outcomes, document results, and verify that road construction meets strict standards at various Wisconsin sites.

You’ll work outdoors in all weather, lift 50+ pounds regularly, and pick up technical skills from day one, with a focus on safety and teamwork in a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Basic math skills; we'll teach you what you need.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• Willingness to work flexible hours; outdoor work.
• High school diploma or GED preferred (not required for right person).

Responsibilities

• Test materials like concrete and asphalt on construction projects.

As a Quality Control Technician, you'll be the quality eyes on our construction projects-testing materials like concrete and asphalt, taking measurements, documenting results, and ensuring our road construction meets strict standards. You'll work outdoors at various project sites throughout Wisconsin, learning valuable technical skills from day one.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with clean driving record
