Job summary

ManpowerGroup is recruiting a Quality Control Technician in Easton, PA to support the Quality Control department within production teams. The role emphasizes following documented procedures and ensuring products meet required standards through sampling, testing, and data recording.

Responsibilities include performing destructive and nondestructive tests, maintaining compliance with industry standards (ASTM/NSF/UL), recording data, and collaborating with operators to address quality concerns

Qualifications

  • Operate within a documented quality system and follow work instructions accurately.
  • Experience performing destructive and nondestructive testing and interpreting results.
  • Strong attention to detail for recording data, completing reports, and preparing graphs or charts for analysis.
  • Comfort working with production teams to raise concerns to management when quality issues arise and support operators in solving quality problems.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items as required, maintain a clean and orderly work area, and follow safety policies and procedures (including operating a lift truck as required).
  • Record test data, apply statistical quality control procedures, evaluate results, and complete reports to validate compliance or indicate deviations from existing standards.

Job description

Job Title: Quality Control Technician

Our client is seeking a Quality Control Technician to join their team. As a Quality Control Technician, you will be part of the Quality Control department supporting production teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to quality, the ability to follow documented procedures, and a detail-focused mindset that helps ensure products meet required standards.

Location: Easton, PA
Pay Range: $24
Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
