Job summary

CoWorx Staffing Services in Atlanta is seeking an entry-level Quality Control candidate for a fast-paced role in a small food manufacturing company. You will perform tests on products and work both on the production floor and in the lab, with opportunities to interact with plant management and R&D teams.

This is a temp-to-hire onsite position, hours 8-5, Monday to Friday. Ideal candidates hold a science degree (food science, chemistry, biology, etc.).

Qualifications

• Perform titratable salinity, acidity, pH, and viscosity tests.
• Conduct rapid micro testing after training.
• Work on production floor and lab to ensure product quality before packing.

CoWorx Staffing Services has an exciting opportunity for an entry level candidate in the Quality Control field working in the Atlanta area. If you have a degree in a science field such as food science, chemistry, biology, etc. then this is a great opportunity for you!

The position is a temp to hire opportunity. The hours are 8-5 Monday through Friday. This is an onsite position only.

This is a fast-paced entry level job at a small food manufacturing company. You will be conducting titratable salinity, titratable acidity, pH, viscosity and other sensory tests. You will also be trained to do rapid micro testing. A portion of your day will also be spending time in the plant and working closely with plant management and employees to make sure all is correct before the product is packed and shipped. This position works closely with upper management and R&D. You will also deal with customers and other areas as assigned by management.

Please be aware if you are looking for a lab only position...This is NOT it. You will spend time on both the production floor and the lab.
