Job summary

Polar Beverages is seeking a Quality Control Technician at our Georgia plant to perform qualitative and quantitative testing of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring products meet specifications.

Responsibilities include auditing packaging lines, monitoring codes, and collaborating with lab and production staff to uphold strict quality standards.

Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel/Word are required to record data accurately and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform laboratory tests on beverages to ensure product is produced within established parameters.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative testing of beverages, syrups, and raw materials through the production process.
• Analyze syrup beverage and/or water attributes.
• Audit container rinsers, air blowers, filters, and coders to ensure proper operations.
• Conduct package quality inspection and quality audits and isolate nonconforming product.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards to prevent microbial contamination.
• Monitor package appearance, integrity and correct package codes.
• Work with lab technicians, line foreman, line operators, fork truck drivers, and other production personnel.

• Primary responsibility is to safely perform laboratory tests on beverages to ensure product is produced within established parameters and make adjustments where necessary.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative testing of beverages, syrups, and raw materials throughout the entire production process.
