Job summary

Adirondack Beverages, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Technician at our Georgia plant to perform laboratory tests on beverages and raw materials.

You will ensure products meet established parameters and make adjustments when needed, while collaborating with line teams to maintain quality and safety standards. The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in Excel and Word for record-keeping and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform laboratory tests on beverages to ensure product stays within established parameters and adjust when necessary.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative testing of beverages, syrups, and raw materials throughout production.
• Analyze syrup beverage and/or water attributes.
• Audit container rinsers, air blowers, filters, and coders to ensure proper operations.
• Conduct package quality inspection and quality audits and isolate products that do not meet standards.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards to prevent microbial contamination.
• Monitor package appearance, integrity and correct package codes.
• Collaborate with lab technicians, line foreman, line operators, fork truck drivers, and other production personnel.
