Job summary

Knife River Idaho Division is seeking a Concrete Quality Control Technician to join our team in Pocatello, Idaho. Responsibilities include sampling and testing concrete materials and documenting results to support quality control.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience with aggregate and concrete materials, knowledge of testing procedures, and hold ACI Field Grade 1 and WAQTC aggregate certifications. Travel to Idaho Falls and Twin Falls may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with aggregate/concrete materials and knowledge of testing procedures.
• Current/previous ACI-Field Grade 1 certifications and Idaho WAQTC aggregate certification.
• Other material testing qualifications/certifications including WAQTC, ACI, NRMCA, etc.

Responsibilities

• Sample and test aggregates and concrete materials, document results.
• Maintain quality control procedures and records.
• Support field and laboratory testing activities and communicate findings to team.

Knife River Idaho Division is looking for a Concrete Quality Control Technician to join our team in Pocatello, Idaho.

Major Job Responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities will include materials sampling and testing documentation/logging and various quality control procedures.

This position requires the availability to work up to 7 days per week as well as varied and extended hours. You may be required to travel out of town for short periods of time. Daily commute will include travel to/from our Idaho Falls and Twin Falls locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Preferred candidates will have a minimum of 2 years' experience with aggregate/concrete materials and have knowledge of the testing procedures.
• Preferred candidates will also have current/previous ACI-Field Grade 1 certifications and the Idaho WAQTC aggregate certification.
• Other material testing qualifications/certifications including but not limited to WAQTC, ACI, NRMCA, etc.
