Knife River Idaho Division is seeking an Asphalt Laboratory/Density Quality Control Technician to join our Boise, Idaho area team. The role focuses on materials sampling, testing documentation, and quality control procedures to ensure accurate results.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience with aggregate/asphalt materials and hold Idaho WAQTC Aggregate/Asphalt II certifications. Occasional short travel and extended hours may be required.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with aggregate/asphalt materials.
• Knowledge of testing procedures for asphalt and aggregates.
• WAQTC Aggregate/Asphalt II certification preferred ( Idaho ).

• Support field and lab operations and maintain QA/QC records.

Knife River Idaho Division is looking for an Asphalt Laboratory/Density Quality Control Technician to join our team in the Boise, Idaho area.

Major Job Responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities will include materials sampling and testing documentation/logging and various quality control procedures. This position requires the availability to work up to 7 days per week as well as varied and extended hours. You may be required to occasionally travel out of town for short periods. Continued employment contingent upon successfully attaining WAQTC Certifications. Women, veterans, and minorities are encouraged to apply.

Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred candidates will have a minimum of 2 years' experience with aggregate/asphalt materials and have knowledge of the testing procedures.

Preferred Candidates will also have current/previous Idaho WAQTC Aggregate/Asphalt II certifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

Other material testing qualifications/certifications including but not limited to WAQTC, ACI, NRMCA, etc.
