Job summary

Crystal Group, a leading manufacturer of rugged tech solutions, is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to lead the independent inspection team on-site in Iowa. You will manage priorities, ensure conformance to requirements, and drive continuous improvement in QA processes.

The role requires guiding and developing Inspectors, coordinating scheduling and onboarding, and maintaining traceable records while escalating issues for technical decisions. US person status applies as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quality, manufacturing, engineering, business, science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of quality control/inspection experience in regulated manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and use measurement equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor the inspection team to achieve targets.
• Manage schedules, attendance, and coverage within authority.
• Maintain records, certificates of conformance, and QA documentation.
• Perform data analysis on inspection metrics and report trends.
• Coordinate with Quality Engineers and other functions for root cause actions.
