Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Palm Bay, FL is seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Technician to perform inspections, tests, analyses, audits, and documentation reviews of complex developmental products. You will ensure assemblies are correctly built and tested, and collaborate cross‑functionally to document, investigate, and resolve issues.

Essential functions include inspecting microelectronics, optics, precision mechanical parts, and test equipment; approving records; and contributing to quality

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant experience or an associate degree with related experience.
TS/SCI clearance is preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

Perform inspections, tests, analyses and audits of complex developmental products and processes.
Approve production and test records for conformance to procedures.
Collaborate with quality engineers to develop inspection requirements and drive improvements.
Interface with customer representatives and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
