Tremco Construction Products Group in Rhode Island is seeking a Quality Supervisor to oversee all quality functions in the plant, perform tests on raw materials and finished goods, and lead ISO quality systems. You will spend time on the production floor and drive continuous improvement.

With 3+ years in quality control in manufacturing and 2+ years in supervision, you will mentor staff, ensure compliance, develop standards, and collaborate with purchasing on vendor quality while maintaining

Qualifications

• 3+ years in quality control within manufacturing
• 2+ years supervisory experience
• Knowledge of lean, ISO, Six Sigma programs

Responsibilities

• Oversee all quality related functions in the plant
• Lead ISO quality systems and certifications
• Develop quality standards and inspection plans
• Perform quality tests for raw materials, WIP, and finished products
• Audit product and process compliance and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with purchasing on vendor quality issues
• Manage lab operations and safety compliance
