Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Quality Supervisor to oversee the plant's quality processes and ensure products meet standards. You will spend time on the production floor, perform quality checks, supervise lab staff, and drive ISO quality system adherence.

The role requires 3+ years in quality control in manufacturing, plus 2+ years in a supervisory position. Strong Lean/Six Sigma experience and vendor quality coordination are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in quality control within manufacturing.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of lean, ISO, and Six Sigma quality programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all quality functions in the plant.
• Conduct quality tests on raw materials and finished products.
• Lead ISO quality systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with purchasing on vendor quality and qualifications.
• Manage lab operations and ensure safety and equipment maintenance.
