Job summary

GLOVIS America, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to support the organization’s Quality Management System and ensure ISO 9001 compliance.

You will monitor quality performance, manage documentation, identify trends, and drive corrective and preventive actions across cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes data analysis, procedures development, and equipment/process improvements to meet OEM and customer specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• 2 years of experience in Quality Control required.
• 1–3 years of leadership and/or supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with QMS processes including nonconformance management, CAPA, change management, document control, and training records.
• Develop, review, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and quality forms with revision control and ISO documentation.
• Investigate quality issues and document nonconformance reports (NCRs); perform root-cause analysis.
• Track corrective actions and verify effectiveness.
• Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure OEM and customer compliance with specifications and investigations.
• Assist with training employees on quality procedures and promote quality awareness.
• Support operational quality initiatives by monitoring defect trends and analyzing vehicle inspection and VPC data.
