Job summary

GLOVIS America Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to audit service quality across vehicle processing, underbody coat applications, and related operations.

You will use GPQMS Audit App and other tools to document findings, ensure accuracy, and report non-conformities with clear photos and records. The role emphasizes truthful recording, adherence to standardized procedures, and timely escalation of issues to supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience with Bluetooth/RF technology and logistics software preferred.
• Ability to adapt to process changes and ISO standards.
• Strong written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform new vehicle audits and inspect quality of all Glovis services.
• Detect minor vehicle issues and document results with photos.
• Notify supervisors of quality concerns immediately and provide feedback.
• Audit employee compliance with processes and assist with countermeasures.
