Job summary

Corning Incorporated is seeking a Quality Control professional to ensure accurate grading of finished products, enforce ISO standards, and lead CAPA activities. You will mentor inspectors and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of quality control experience in manufacturing (solar or electronics preferred).
• Strong knowledge of QMS, Six Sigma, and lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate grading of finished products to defined standards.
• Enforce ISO 9001, ISO 14001 compliance and CAPA processes.
• Lead, mentor, and train quality inspectors.
• Identify and implement process improvements for quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and supply chain to resolve quality issues.
