Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier LLC in Spokane is seeking Compliance Scientists I–III to manage qualification, repair, maintenance and compliance of laboratory instruments and software. Roles involve maintaining equipment, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting client interactions in a fast-paced GMP environment.

Qualifications

• Compliance Scientist I requires an Associate Degree of Science with minimum 2 years related experience for non-science emphasis.
• Compliance Scientist II requires an Associate Degree of Science with minimum 2 years of experience and 2–4 years related experience.
• Compliance Scientist III requires a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Biology or related hard science, or Bachelor of Arts with 5 years of solid lab experience or AA with 5 years of solid lab experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and qualification activities on laboratory instrumentation as directed.
• Implement appropriate computer OS permissions on laboratory equipment workstations to comply with regulatory requirements.
• Diagnose laboratory equipment issues and perform maintenance to return equipment to compliant functionality.
• Prepare acceptance reports for laboratory equipment.
• Complete core training per procedures.
• Adhere to plant safety programs and GMPs or other regulations.
• Maintain and operate laboratory equipment to assure accuracy and confidence in performance.
• Perform computer systems backup as required and ensure data integrity.
• Create new procedures as needed.
• Participate in internal and external client interactions.
• Perform special assignments as directed by Supervisor.

Education

Associate Degree of Science with minimum 2 years related experience for non-science emphasis
