Job summary

Chimes is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to lead the quality control program for cleaning services. You will inspect daily work, prepare inspection reports, and drive improvements while coordinating with the site contracting office and management.

The role requires hands-on training and adherence to safety requirements. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with policies, managing inspections weekly, and reinforcing security and dress code standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience performing quality control inspections or managing a quality control program in a service environment.
• Knowledge of building service management and relevant equipment/chemicals.
• Knowledge of SDS, Fire and Safety, Hazard Communications and Bloodborne Pathogens; strong safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Comply with Agency policies and procedures and contract specifications.
• Maintain a quality control program and oversee related functions.
• Inspect cleaning work to ensure quality and correct standards.
• Prepare and submit inspection reports and communicate findings to management.
• Provide training to staff on quality control issues and procedures.
• Attend meetings and participate in staff development activities.
• Ensure staff comply with building/security requirements and dress code.
