Job summary

Wollaston Alloys/CPP Boston in Braintree, MA seeks a Quality Control Supervisor to lead QC Inspectors and coordinate preventive quality actions. You will respond to customer inquiries, drive corrective actions and foster a relationship of confidence with customers through inspections and surveys.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years in a similar role, and knowledge of NDT methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with the casting industry desirable.
• Strong communication skills required.
• NDT testing knowledge (VT/MT/PT/RT) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise QC Inspectors and assign work.
• Develop customer confidence through clear, timely responses to inquiries and corrective actions.
• Build trust with customer representatives via Source Inspection and Supplier Product, Systems and Qualification Surveys.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement, promote quality excellence and teamwork.
• Stay updated on advances to reduce waste and improve processes.
