Qualifications

• Experience leading inspection personnel in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of quality inspectors.
• Establish inspection prioritization and throughput targets with production teams.
• Provide inspection status updates during daily meetings.
• Monitor inspection tracking systems and documentation.
• Review and approve timekeeping records.
• Manage departmental performance metrics and visual management.
• Collaborate with operations and quality teams to reduce quality issues.
• Lead workplace organization and continuous improvement in inspection areas.
• Balance staffing to meet workload and coordinate cross-training.
• Schedule customer, regulatory, or third-party witness inspections as required.
• Ensure inspection processes comply with quality standards and requirements.
• Support initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
