Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 5+ years of work experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with casting industry and related processes desirable.
• Strong NDT testing knowledge (VT, MT, PT, RT).
• Strong communication and program management skills.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise QC Inspectors.
• Assign and distribute work.
• Develop customer confidence through clear response to queries and corrective actions.
• Build atmosphere of competence and trust with customer representatives via Source Inspection and Surveys.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement efforts and promote quality excellence.
• Stay abreast of advances to reduce wasteful operations.
• Forecast potential problems and suggest solutions.
• Be proactive in implementing quality programs.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies.
