Qualifications

• 3+ years of QC or QA experience
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, cGMP, AS9100, or industry standards
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage a team
• Excellent communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Quality Control Inspectors and mentor staff
• Oversee inspections of materials and finished goods per order specs
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and standards
• Document nonconforming materials and coordinate rework
• Lead investigations of non-conformances, deviations, OOS results, and customer complaints
• Coordinate PPAP, FAI, and portal work with customers
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve results
• Interface with ERP to move material and manage calibration program at site
• Identify areas for improvement activities
