Century Fasteners Corporation is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to lead a team of inspectors and oversee daily QC operations in Raleigh, NC. The role ensures adherence to ISO/AS standards, customer requirements, and internal procedures.

The incumbent will mentor staff, review drawings and specifications, manage nonconformances, coordinate inspections, and support calibration programs to maintain product conformity and process excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of QC or QA experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, cGMP, AS9100, or industry standards.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and data analysis tools.
• Ability to manage a team and mentor staff.
• Must meet vision and color standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and mentors a team of Quality Control Inspectors of various levels.
• Oversee inspections of materials and finished goods per order specifications.
• Provide guidance on drawings, specifications, standards and classifications.
• Document nonconforming materials and coordinate rework.
• Lead investigations of non-conformances, deviations, OOS results, and customer complaints.
• Coordinate calibration program at site and interface with ERP for material movement.
• Identify areas for quality improvement opportunities.
