Job description

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Quality Control Supervisor to lead our quality assurance initiatives on-site in Ontario, California. In this role, you will be the guardian of our product standards, ensuring that everything we manufacture meets strict specifications before it reaches our customers. Leading an early-morning shift, you will bridge the gap between production and quality control, helping us maintain an efficient, safe, and high-performing production floor.

This is an excellent opportunity for a bilingual manufacturing professional who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and enjoys being a hands-on leader. If you love precision, clear processes, and helping teams succeed, this role offers a stable schedule and the chance to make a direct impact on our operations.

What Success Looks Like

In your first few weeks, success means learning our specific manufacturing processes, understanding our quality standards, and building strong working relationships with the production team. You will quickly take ownership of the daily inspection schedule, ensuring that raw materials and finished products are evaluated accurately and efficiently.

Over time, you will drive continuous improvement on the floor. You will be successful when defect rates remain low, documentation is consistently precise, and production operators are thoroughly trained in quality protocols. Your presence on the floor will foster a collaborative environment where quality is everyone's priority, and issues are resolved quickly through clear communication and systematic problem-solving.

Compensation and Schedule
  • Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4:45 AM to 2:00 PM (occasional overtime or weekend work may be required based on production needs)
Key Responsibilities

  • Perform dimensional inspections using precision measuring tools such as calipers, height gauges, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
  • Verify that parts and finished products comply with customer specifications, engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T guidelines.
  • Document all inspection results accurately and maintain organized quality records.
  • Identify, flag, and isolate non-conforming materials; lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Train production staff on quality standards, inspection methods, and safe operating procedures.
  • Coordinate the calibration and validation of measuring equipment to ensure ongoing accuracy.
  • Support internal quality audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections.
  • Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and streamline manufacturing processes.
What You Bring

  • A reliable work ethic and the ability to consistently start the shift at 4:45 AM.
  • The ability to successfully complete the E-Verify process.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Familiarity with quality standards and regulations such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP, HACCP, or FDA guidelines.
  • Experience operating or programming CMM and vision inspection systems.
