Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous QC Inspector experience in aircraft maintenance, MRO, aviation manufacturing, or aerospace environment.
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and aircraft maintenance practices.
• Able to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals, technical data, drawings, and specifications.
• Experience with inspection methods, quality documentation, and non-conformance processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies accurately.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Zulu Global is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QC Inspector to join our MRO structure team in Miami, Florida. The QC Inspector will be responsible for performing quality inspections of aircraft part maintenance, repairs, modifications, and components to ensure all work is performed in accordance with FAA regulations, Repair Station procedures, approved technical data, manufacturer’s maintenance instructions, and applicable quality standards. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the airworthiness, conformity, and quality of work performed within our FAA-certified Repair Station.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a QC Inspector in an aircraft maintenance, MRO, aviation manufacturing, or aerospace environment.
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and aircraft maintenance practices.
• Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals, technical data, drawings, and specifications.

Preferred Qualifications

• FAA Airframe and/or Powerplant (A&P) Certificate preferred.
• Previous experience working in an FAA Part 145 Repair Station preferred.
• Experience with aircraft structures, components, or composite repairs is a plus.
• Familiarity with FAA Repair Station Quality Control systems and procedures.
