Job summary

Zulu Global in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced QC Inspector to conduct quality inspections of aircraft parts, maintenance, repairs, and components. You will ensure all work complies with FAA regulations, Repair Station procedures, approved data, and manufacturer instructions to uphold airworthiness and quality within our FAA-certified Repair Station.

Qualifications

• Previous QC Inspector experience in aircraft maintenance, MRO, aviation manufacturing, or aerospace environment.
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and aircraft maintenance practices.
• Able to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals, technical data, drawings, and specifications.
• Experience with inspection methods, quality documentation, and non-conformance processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies accurately.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections of aircraft parts, maintenance, repairs, modifications, and components.
• Ensure all work complies with FAA regulations, Repair Station procedures, approved data, and manufacturer instructions.
• Contribute to airworthiness, conformity, and quality within the FAA-certified Repair Station.
