The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring the airworthiness of aircraft articles upon completion of maintenance at the facility. Under the direction of the Lead Inspector, the Inspector will conduct thorough inspections, verify documentation, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company procedures.

The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring the airworthiness of aircraft articles upon completion of maintenance at the facility. Under the direction of the Lead Inspector, the Inspector will conduct thorough inspections, verify documentation, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company procedures.
Essential duties are as follows but are not limited to:
- Conduct inspections, including receiving, preliminary, hidden damage, in-process, and final inspections, in accordance with 14 CFR 145.213 and personal qualifications.
- Perform assigned inspections and ensure all related tasks and forms are completed accurately and completely.
- Verify that proper procedures, manual references, materials, and tools are utilized during maintenance, adhering to 14 CFR 145.155.
- Review work order documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with all relevant regulations, company procedures, and customer requirements.
- Approve articles for return to service (RTS) if properly qualified, certificated under Part 65, and designated per TP-303-QC RTS Roster, as per 14 CFR 145.157.
- Brief technicians on quality and safety issues, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required to support the Quality Control department.
Education And Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an engine or accessory Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) environment with T56 Engine background.
- Thorough understanding of applicable regulations, inspection methods, techniques, practices, aids, equipment, and tools used to determine the airworthiness of aircraft articles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certification preferred.
- Experience with Quantum software is a plus.

Basic Schedule: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm Monday - Friday, additional time as needed.
