Job summary

Collectors is seeking an Operations Associate for the Quality Team in Jersey City to verify client requests for each order and ensure quantity and quality of outgoing products. This role supports accurate fulfillment and requires attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

The position runs on the 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, 3:00pm–11:30pm ET, and relies on strong computer proficiency and teamwork to meet production targets with precision.

Qualifications

• Good problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
• Proficient with Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail, and 10-key.
• Clear written and oral communication.
• Able to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Accurate with high productivity and attention to detail.
• Follows instructions and accepts management directions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inspects assembled parts and product for defects and deviations.
• Counts and verifies that the product quantity matches the submission form.
• Verifies that information on submission form matches the identifying sticker on outside of box.
• Verifies that all information on flip matches the information on the collectible item.
