Job summary

Collectors is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our PSA team in Jersey City, NJ. Report to the Logistics Manager and work the 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, 3:00pm to 11:30pm. You will assist with unboxing, receiving prep, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities include organizing orders, supporting internal customers, and updating spreadsheets. Prior experience in logistics or warehouse roles is a plus, and attention to detail is essential for success in a fast-paced

Ability to work as part of a team.
Previous logistics, supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing, or restaurant experience is a plus.
Must manage time effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
Interest in inventory and warehouse management.

Responsibilities

Distribute incoming boxes for unboxing and prep orders for Receiving.
Provide complete support to internal customers to maximize departmental efficiency.
Organize and sort orders in storage rooms based on turnaround times and service levels.
Maintain inventory accuracy using scanning and organizing methods.
Collaborate with Logistics Supervisor/Planner on daily projects.
Track and locate orders to fulfill FIFO while updating spreadsheets.
Maintain clean and stocked Research department floor and prep for the next shift.
Ensure day-to-day work supplies are ready for the next shift.
