Job summary

Collectors Universe, Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate to join our Quality Team to verify client requests for each order and confirm quantity and quality of outgoing product.

You will inspect assembled parts for defects, count quantities, and ensure submission forms match labels and flip information on collectibles. We require strong problem solving, computer proficiency with Google Suite, clear communication, teamwork, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.

Qualifications

• Candidates must demonstrate strong problem-solving and sound judgment.
• Proficiency with computers and software applications such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail, 10-key.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions precisely.

Responsibilities

• Inspects assembled parts and product for defects and deviations.
• Counts and verifies that the product quantity matches the submission form.
• Verifies that information on submission form matches the identifying sticker on outside of box.
• Verifies that all information on flip matches the information on the collectible item.
