The Quality Control Specialist ensures accuracy and compliance in financial aid files across multiple campuses. This role reviews, audits, and approves aid packages while supporting CHCP’s mission, policies, and regulatory standards.
Review financial aid files and awards within set timelines
Correct Title IV rejections and ensure proper documentation
Approve aid sources and verify reinstatements/reentries
Maintain compliant, audit-ready files
Collaborate with campus teams to meet packaging goals
Support audits and policy updates
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years in post-secondary financial aid
Knowledge of Title IV regulations; CampusVue preferred
Strong attention to detail, communication, and customer service skills
