  • Basic knowledge of Title IV funding regulations.

  • Develop, negotiate, and finalize student financial aid plans in strict accordance with state, federal, accreditation, and institutional policies and regulations.
  • Provide comprehensive counseling to students regarding financial aid options available based on their acceptance and enrollment status.
  • Deliver expert guidance on financial aid planning, ensuring students are well‑informed about their options and obligations.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of financial aid activities to ensure compliance and facilitate audits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address any discrepancies or issues related to financial aid packaging and disbursement.
  • Stay updated on changes to financial aid regulations and policies to ensure ongoing compliance and operational excellence.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education in a related field is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of federal and state regulations impacting Title IV funding.
  • Familiarity with CampusVue or similar student information systems is preferred.
  • Previous experience working with and technical knowledge of student financial aid programs is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a post-secondary institution, demonstrating expertise in financial aid processes and compliance.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to effectively support students and uphold institutional standards.
