Job summary

Serán BioScience in Bend, OR is seeking a Lab Sample Coordinator to support QC workflows, coordinate samples, and ensure timely testing with CTLs. The role involves data entry, maintaining cGMP records, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sample receipt from other departments for testing.
• Manage QC sample inventory including in-process, release, retain, and stability samples.
• Ship samples to external CTLs.
• Follow up with CTLs to meet testing deadlines.
• Enter data for tracking and trending of samples and lab reports.
• Maintain accurate records per cGMP.
• Communicate CTL updates and results to the internal team.
• Initiate laboratory investigations including OOS.
