Job summary

Koniag Government Services is seeking an Onsite Quality Control and Safety Manager to lead QA activities, oversee snow removal safety plans, and ensure compliance across all sites. The role supports project leadership and drives quality performance for the contract.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of QCSM experience, ASQ preferences, and strong communication and analytical skills to maintain regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across all locations.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quality Control & Safety Manager on a government contract.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality control tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
• ASQ certification is preferred.
• Minimum Education: High School Diploma.
• Minimum Experience: 5 Years as a QCSM.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager and Deputy Project Manager as required.
• Implement Quality Control Plan; ensure legal compliance.
• Ensure achievement of contract quality levels for all PWS areas.
• Develop and implement site-specific Workplace Safety Plan.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Communicate with GSA COR on reporting quality inspections and overall quality performance.
• Manage all QA findings within NCMMS.
