This hybrid role demands governance across Snowflake, data governance, 508 accessibility, and ServiceNow platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 7+ years in quality assurance or IT services quality program management.
• Experience executing Government-furnished QCPs on federal contracts.
• Ability to obtain PIV/HSPD-12 and IAL2 within 15 days of contract award.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute Government-furnished Quality Control Plan (QCP) across all five capability areas from day one.
• Own and manage the Contractor's Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) with defined thresholds and data sources.
• Collect, validate, and reconcile performance data against thresholds and source data.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate data integrity issues to COR with evidence within two business days.
• Maintain independent quality inspections, deficiency logs, and governance across capability areas.
