Capital One is seeking a Risk Manager - Quality Control to lead the Quality Control Testing Program within the Card Risk Process Excellence Team. This role drives the ongoing evolution of the quality program, aligning with the Enterprise Control Standard and process management frameworks to deliver high-value risk governance across the Card organization.

The position requires strong leadership, strategic and tactical risk management, and the ability to influence across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Risk Management, Process Management, or Project Management experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• 2+ years of change management in process improvement and transformation.
• 3+ years of cross-functional projects and programs in Risk with governance focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the quality control assessment team.
• Translate Enterprise Control Standard requirements to multiple business areas.
• Oversee quality control processes, methodologies, and metrics.
• Contribute to Well Managed tester training and program evolution.
• Collaborate with Card and Divisional teams to drive growth and risk improvements.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to enhance processes and risk culture.
