Job summary

Opal Foods is hiring for a full-time hybrid position: Quality Control Technician and Packing at the Roggen, CO Processing Plant. The role covers QA duties and packing cartons/eggs, ensuring compliance with USDA specs and food safety protocols.

The candidate will back up QC tasks, monitor product quality, and verify labels and packaging while maintaining sanitation per HACCP and GMP guidelines. Must be able to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to complete tasks efficiently.
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with team members and customers.
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-op sanitation inspection.
• Monitor and record condition of nest run and finished product.
• Verify labeling and packaging of finished product.
