Job summary

INX International seeks a Quality Control Manager to lead the QC program for a facility. You will direct the team, design procedures, analyze materials, and ensure product quality aligns with standards across raw materials, in-progress, and finished goods.

Responsibilities include developing tests, training QC technicians, and coordinating with production leadership to maximize reliability while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school, or 3–6 months related training.
• Supervisory experience.
• Laboratory experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership and math/analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and institute new test procedures, documentation, and policies for QC.
• Assign responsibilities and schedule QC technicians.
• Develop and analyze statistical data and product specs.
• Formulate and maintain QC objectives with production procedures.
• Direct workers in inspection and testing activities.
• Conduct laboratory tests and interpret results.
• Coordinate with scientists or engineers for analyses.
• Recommend measures to improve testing procedures and use of equipment.
• Plan and organize training related to product quality.
• Investigate complaints and resolve QC problems.
