Job summary

INX International Ink Co. is seeking an Inplant Ink Room Manager to work at our customer's site. You will serve as the liaison between INX and the client, overseeing ink production, color matching, and on-site dispensing.

The role requires color vision proficiency, 2–5 years of industry experience, and strong communication and organizational skills. Expect collaboration with client teams and ongoing efforts to maintain excellent service levels.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent.
• Ability to match colors effectively and pass a color vision test.
• 2–5 years of industry-related experience.
• Communicate effectively with peers and customers.
• Strong written, reading comprehension and math skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and other computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Good organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Performing technical service, color matching, ink production and dispensing ink.
• Manufacturing batches of ink under 150 lbs.
• Performing Quality Control tests on site-manufactured batches.
• Being responsible for inventory management and monthly consignment counts.
• Maintaining INX's excellent relationship with the customer by superior service.
