Job summary

INX International Ink Co. is seeking an Inplant Manager to work at our customer's site. This role serves as the liaison between INX and the customer and oversees the on-site ink room, ink production and dispensing, and quality control processes to ensure optimal performance.

You will lead INX Inplant Technicians, maintain strong customer relations, and ensure issues are resolved promptly with documented follow-up. A background in ink operations and supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• 2–5 years in the ink industry plus 1–3 years supervisory experience.
• Perform technical service and color matching.
• Manufacture ink batches under 100 lbs; perform quality control on batches.
• Inventory management, record-keeping and housekeeping responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Performing technical service, color matching, ink production and dispensing ink.
• Manufacturing batches of ink up to 150 lbs.
• Performing Quality Control tests on incoming and site-manufactured batches.
• Inventory management and monthly consignment counts.
• Maintaining customer satisfaction by superior service.
• Directing, coordinating, and planning activities of INX Inplant Technicians.
• Providing continued operational support and conducting inplant quality audits.
