Amrize seeks a Quality Control Manager I to lead the quality program for cement production at Canon City. The role ensures compliance with plant, customer, industry, and government requirements and certifies final products prior to shipment.

Expected candidates hold a technical degree or equivalent experience, with strong lab and process documentation skills, and at least five years in the aggregate sector. The position emphasizes safety and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of equivalent experience.
• Field of Study: Chemistry, Engineering, Quality.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Aggregate industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure safe operations of all quality processes across plant and lab.
• Meet internal and customer specs and certify cement shipments.
• Contribute to production while meeting quality cost objectives.
• Maintain and implement Corporate and Plant Quality Manuals.
• Oversee testing across raw materials, clinker, and cement; train staff.
