Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Manager (QC) to support a government customer in Maui, Hawai`i. The role requires building and enforcing a robust Quality Control Plan, tracking performance, and coordinating with government personnel to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities include developing inspection systems, data analysis, and proactive defect prevention, with records retention through contract performance and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or business‑based programs or five years' experience in facilities Operations & Maintenance (O&M).
• Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of quality control procedures, data analysis, and statistical methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Quality Control Plan (QCP).
• Submit initial QCP to the CO and PM/COR for acceptance; update and distribute as required.
• Submit quality control surveillance schedules and present QC metrics quarterly.
• Maintain records generated by the quality control program and keep them available to the government.
