Job summary

Paris Baguette North America is seeking a Quality Control Manager to audit standards across all cafes, ensuring food safety, quality, and compliance with company policies and regulations. You will coach café teams, partner with production teams, audit suppliers, and lead reporting on quality metrics, with travel to current and new locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Food Science, Engineering or Business Administration).
• 1–2 years’ relevant experience.
• Knowledge of food production processes, sanitation, quality programs.
• Knowledge of food production techniques, microbiology and sanitary safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Champion adherence to the food safety and quality roadmap across all cafes.
• Coach and advise café teams to adhere to company standards.
• Monitor progress on opportunities and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with production teams to ensure consistency in production standards.
• Audit external suppliers for safety, quality, and ingredient compliance.
• Format and present weekly, monthly and annual quality reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the network.
