Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of food production processes and sanitation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and train cross-location teams.
• Willingness to travel to corporate and franchise locations.

Responsibilities

• Champion adherence to food safety and quality roadmaps across cafes.
• Coach café teams to follow company quality standards.
• Monitor progress and follow up on corrective actions.
• Partner with café production teams for consistency in standards.
• Address non-compliance with district managers.
• Support production teams with updates on specifications.
• Audit external suppliers for safety and quality.
• Inspect ingredients and finished products for compliance.
• Conduct studies to identify quality and safety improvements.
• Collect data and analyze trends to drive improvement.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual quality reports.
• Perform related duties and special projects.
