This on-site role requires the candidate to manage daily operations, supervise inspectors, and coordinate with production to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in inspecting precision machined metal parts, strong PC-DMIS/CMM skills, and a proven track record in data-driven quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years inspecting precision machined metal parts.
• Minimum 10 years programming inspection for CMM using Pc-DMIS.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and Statistical Process Control.
• Experience leading a QC team in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations of the Quality Control Department.
• Direct and develop QC staff to meet specifications and schedules.
• Ensure adherence to AS9100 and customer parameters.
• Oversee first article, in-process, shop floor and final inspections.
• Manage customer interface on nonconforming material and deviations.
• Maintain calibration system and inspection equipment.
