Precise Tool & Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer for a full-time on-site position in Rochester, NY. The candidate will write manufacturing processes, interface with machinists, and develop tooling concepts to support new work while ensuring schedule adherence.

Local candidates only; remote or hybrid arrangements are not available. The role emphasizes quality management and collaboration with engineering to drive continuous improvement and tool development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred, but not required.
• 10 years of machining or manufacturing experience required.
• Three years of job processing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Write manufacturing processes and enter in Epicor software.
• Interface with department supervisors and machinists.
• Utilize CAD files to develop manufacturing plans and fixturing layouts.
• Interface with CNC programmers.
• Monitor profitability as jobs run and ensure schedules.
• Coordinate projects through the shop and update processes.
