Job summary

Pathward, National Association is seeking a Manager, Quality Control to oversee the day-to-day QC operations across BSA/AML & Sanctions. The role reports to the Director, Quality Control and ensures independence from production disposition, leading a team of Lead and QC Analysts in complex investigations.

The ideal candidate will have 6–9 years of BSA/AML experience, CAMS certification, and strong QA design skills including statistically valid sampling and calibration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CAMS certification required; CFE, CFCS, or CRCM preferred.
• 6–9 years of BSA/AML experience, including quality assurance/quality control or independent testing.

Responsibilities

• Operate the QC program day-to-day across all five review populations with independence from production disposition.
• Apply and maintain the sampling methodology at defined confidence levels and recommend refinements.
• Apply error taxonomy and surface gaps to the Director, Quality Control.
