Job summary

CNB Financial Corporation invites applications for a BSA Quality Control Analyst in the BSA/AML department. The role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory compliance, and detailed QC across AML/CFT workflows, CTRs, SARs, and related activities.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of BSA/AML regulations, with 5+ years of direct experience and relevant certifications or the potential for certification. This on-site position offers growth within a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year college preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Required: Minimum of 5 years of direct BSA/AML experience
• Preferred: 1–2 years of prior BSA/AML quality control, or equivalent, experience
• Preferred: CAMS or CFE certification, or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Support AML/CFT, OFAC compliance with BSA Policy.
• Perform QC on BSA alerts (AML, CDD, OFAC, 314(a)).
• QC CTRs and other monitoring as assigned.
• QC AML, CTR Exemption, EDD, and other cases.
• QC SARs and related cases.
• Provide clear written and verbal feedback to team members.
• Maintain knowledge of BSA/AML regulations (USA Patriot Act, FFIEC BSA/AML Manual).
• Cross-team collaboration and training responsibilities.
