Job summary

West Virginia Paving, Inc., a CRH Company, seeks a Quality Control Manager to oversee the companywide quality system for hot mix asphalt and related materials. You will manage data collection, design gradation support, and lead the quality team to ensure compliance with specifications on projects across West Virginia.

The role may require night and weekend work and occasional travel. You will participate in safety programs and collaborate with project teams to drive continuous improvement in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.E.) or four+ years of related experience and/or training.
• HMA Plant and/or Paving Technician Classification preferred.
• Knowledge of asphalt plant operations, safety, environment, and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the collection and analysis of HMA production data and construction data.
• Develop, implement and evaluate quality programs and procedures.
• Lead the Quality Control team and act as Company RSO officer.
• Coordinate pre-construction meetings and evaluate site quality issues.
